Becoming a skilled Spirit Portrait Artist means learning to feel the communicator more strongly, see them more clearly, and train your hand to respond with increasing confidence and accuracy to that feeling or vision. This hands-on experience is designed to hone your eye-to-hand coordination as you sketch. At the start of each class, you will be given a specific challenge to complete within your group.  My teaching style is pretty unique to the development of students drawing skills and for those wanting to progress as a Spirit portraiture artist. These portrait portrait classes are for any level from beginner to advanced to have a regular and continuous space to build friendships, drawing skills and much more. ​​ As a demonstrating spirit artist, I have demonstrated the art of Spirit Portraiture for audiences of over 100 people, sometimes using one hand, both hands, or even with my eyes closed. To do this, my mediumistic link to spirit must be strong, my surrender to the process absolute, and my foundational drawing skills well developed. Bringing these three elements together is a lifelong lesson.  While other spiritual artists are great at what they do and demonstrate weekly or monthly, my spirit team and I choose to offer only a few demonstrations a year.   I hold the demonstration of mediumistic art so sacred that I prefer (in my own way) to preserve the skill's purity and nurture it behind the curtains, building that deeper connection.    ​ This isn't to say others should follow this or showcase their ability to the public when their drawing levels are basic; I believe my students, including myself, must work on our skill, stay out of the public limelight, and not treat the purity of Spirit Portraiture as entertainment.   I once showed my work because it was exciting to share it and let everyone see the path I'm on.  Once I moved beyond the barrier of 'infant style drawing', I realised my mistake and the harm it can do without our realising it.  So I advise my students to avoid showcasing their work publicly until they can produce an above-standard, lifelike image.  I am not speaking about fine art, nor am I suggesting they should be 'advanced artists', but in the very least, the proportions should be correct.   You can always tell when an artist isn't working with spirit, but when their drawings all look like the same person or come from the same family. ​ That is why my students learn various ways to improve their spirit portraiture drawing skills.   For those who have taken at least six months, the Portrait Practice club is super beneficial for improving face drawing.  You will never attend just one mediumship class and have it all figured out; building your unique style takes years of workshops, mentorships, and learning from various tutors. The same applies to spirit face drawings. You won’t achieve perfection in a day, but you can always strive to be better than you were last year. This is why I consistently offer new courses and workshops to give you fresh, confidence-building ways to practice.​
